Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is a congenital anomaly characterized by developmental defect of the diaphragm in the intrauterine period. Late onset CDH is defined as the CDH that presents after the first month of age. Here, we report three cases with late-onset CDH presenting with a variety of clinical manifestations, and who were treated successfully by surgery.
