Wheat Anaphylaxis in an Infant Case

Wheat allergy constitutes 18% of all food allergies and it is the most common cereal allergy. Symptoms caused by cereal allergy vary depending on its immunoglobulin E (IgE) mediated or non-IgE mediated status and show wide clinical differences. We presented this case to make a reminder of the life threathening anaphylaxis instance caused by cereal intake.
