Suppurative parotitis is a rare disease in childhood. Infectious agents are staphylococcus, viridance streptococcus, gram negative bacilli and anaerob bacteria. Here, a case of unilateral suppurative parotitis in early infancy is presented. As a result, with early and suitable treatment, suppurative parotitis is an infection that heals without any complication.
